At USCutter, the return policy states that customers have 30 days from the date the product is received to initiate a return. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return. Special Order Items and Drop-Shipments from the manufacturer are not eligible for return to USCutter and cannot be refunded. Standard returns include a restocking fee: Equipment: 25%, Unopened/unused Vinyl, Tape or Other Consumable: 20%. If an item arrives in an unusable condition, the customer has 30 days to report any damage or defects from the date they received the product. All returns must be authorized by USCutter before any product is shipped back.

As for the shipping policy, orders placed before 5:30PM CST will ship the same day. USCutter is able to deliver most of its orders in 2-3 days via FedEx Ground service. However, delivery using FedEx Ground service takes 1-5 days based on distance to destination. FedEx will not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. The standard shipping method for most orders is $13.99 flat rate FedEx Ground shipping. Free shipping is offered for material orders of $199.00 or more before tax. The order cannot include cutters or other machinery and cannot weigh more than 70 pounds.
